18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Notice
Effective date: 2026-05-25.
In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, all models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were OVER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS at the time the visual depictions were created.
The original records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for any material in which Virtual Adult Partners is the "producer" within the meaning of those provisions are kept by the following Custodian of Records at the address shown:

Member-uploaded content
Visual depictions appearing on the Site that were not produced by Virtual Adult Partners are uploaded by individual members. Each member, by uploading any visual depiction of any person to the Site, represents and warrants that:
- Every person depicted was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the depiction was created.
- The member has and will retain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, including a government-issued photo identification for every person depicted.
- Every person depicted has given written consent to the creation and the publication of the depiction on the Site.
- The member is the "producer" of that content within the meaning of the statute and assumes the related record-keeping obligations.
Removal of non-compliant content
Any content reported as non-compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 will be removed from the Site immediately upon report and investigated. To submit such a report, write to admin @ virtualsexpartners.com.
This notice is template language and may need to be tailored by an attorney to fit the operator's exact role with respect to specific content (primary producer, secondary producer, or platform exempt under safe-harbor doctrine).
