Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Virtual Adult Partners ("we", "us", "the Site") operates an online community restricted to adults (18 years of age or older). The Site is run by the operator listed in our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Notice. 2. What information we collect
- Account: username, email, hashed password, date of birth.
- Adult-age verification: photographs of your government- issued ID (front and back), a selfie holding the ID, and the result of our admin's review (verified / pending / rejected).
- Profile information: profile photo, display name, bio, gender, location at the granularity you choose to share, height, body type, and any answers you provide on the compatibility questionnaire.
- Payment information: the cardholder name, expiry, and LAST FOUR DIGITS only of the card used for the $1 verification charge. We DO NOT store the full card number, the magnetic stripe, or the CVV. When billed through a third-party processor, only a processor token plus the last four digits are retained.
- Content you upload: personal files in your private storage and pictures, videos, or audio you choose to publish in the gallery, plus any text you send in chat rooms or private messages.
- Connection metadata: the IP address you connect from, the browser user-agent string, the country we resolve from your IP, timestamps for each login and logout, and the duration of each session.
- Communications with us: emails you send to the admin address and any attachments thereto.
3. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and to provide the features of the Site.
- To verify that you are at least 18 years of age and to confirm the payment method belongs to you.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and to identify and prevent abuse, fraud, harassment, and content that violates our policies or applicable law.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations, including the federal record- keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (where applicable), lawful subpoenas, and other valid legal process.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with:
- Hosting, backup, and infrastructure providers that we use to run the Site, under contract.
- The payment processor that handles your $1 verification charge, under contract. They receive only the data needed to process the transaction.
- Law-enforcement agencies, courts, or other authorities, when we receive valid legal process and reasonably believe we are required to comply.
We never publish your government-issued ID, your selfie, your private files, the contents of your private messages, or your stored payment data to other members or to the public. Profile photos and gallery uploads ARE visible to other logged-in members; that is how the Site works.
5. How we protect your information
- HTTPS is enforced for every page (TLS certificate from a public CA).
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; the original password is never written to disk or logs.
- ID-document images live in a non-public directory, are served only through an admin-only PHP proxy, and are protected against direct HTTP access.
- The full card primary-account-number (PAN) is never stored.
- Internal access to user records is limited to the admin account identified in the 2257 Notice.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a breach that affects your data, we will notify affected accounts by email at the address on file and on the Site.
6. How long we keep your information
- Active account data is retained for as long as your account is open and active.
- If your account is closed (by you or by us), we move the basic record to a "former members" archive and delete the live account data, except as needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or our 2257 obligations.
- Government-ID images are retained only for as long as required to operate the verification system and to satisfy 2257 record- keeping; they are deleted on request unless we have a legal obligation to keep them.
- Connection metadata (logins, IP addresses) is retained for at least 90 days for security audit, then aged out.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and associated data, with the limits noted in section 6.
- Withdraw consent for any processing that depends on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
To exercise any of these rights, write to admin @ virtualsexpartners.com from the email address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
The Site is operated from servers located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your home country. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer.
9. Children
The Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from any person under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected such data, we delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has used the Site, write to admin @ virtualsexpartners.com.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the Site and (where you have an account) by email.
