Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on, or otherwise using, Virtual Adult Partners ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Notice, and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You represent and warrant that the viewing of adult material is legal where you live. You are responsible for understanding the laws that apply to you, including any local restrictions on online adult communities.

3. Account creation and verification

To create an account you must:

1. Provide accurate registration information.
2. Upload a clear photograph of a current, government-issued photo ID (front and back), plus a selfie holding the same ID, for adult- age verification by the admin.
3. Authorize a one-time, non-refundable $1.00 charge to a payment method in your name to confirm the payment instrument is yours.

Browsing-only access is granted as soon as the $1 charge clears. Full access (private messages, file sharing, gallery uploads, webcam, meet requests, etc.) is unlocked once the admin approves your government ID. We may decline to verify any account at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You will NOT, and will not assist others to:

• Upload, post, share, or solicit content depicting any person under 18 years of age in any context.
• Upload non-consensual content, content depicting force or coercion, or content of a person who has not given written consent to its publication.
• Upload content depicting minors, bestiality, incest involving minors, or any content that is illegal under U.S. federal law or under the law of your jurisdiction.
• Harass, dox, threaten, stalk, or impersonate any person.
• Use the Site for fraud, money laundering, prostitution solicitation, drug solicitation, or any other illegal commerce.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy member content.
• Attempt to bypass the age gate, the country / IP block list, or any other security control.
• Upload malware or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Resell or redistribute content uploaded by other members.

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason, at our sole discretion.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Virtual Adult Partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and create necessary technical copies of your content solely to operate the Site for you and other members.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights and consents in every piece of content you upload, including the rights of every identifiable person depicted.
• Every person depicted in any sexually explicit visual content you upload was at least 18 years of age at the time of creation, and you have records compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 to prove it.
• Your content does not violate any law or any third-party right.

6. Payment, fees, and refunds

The $1.00 verification charge is one-time and NON-REFUNDABLE. It is not a recurring subscription. If you choose to upgrade to a paid tier in the future, the terms applicable at that time will be presented to you for explicit acceptance.

7. Termination and account closure

You may close your account at any time by writing to admin @ virtualsexpartners.com. We will move your record to the "former members" archive and delete your active account data, subject to retention for legal, fraud-prevention, and 2257 purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, for any conduct we determine is harmful to other members or to the Site, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that any other member is who they claim to be.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Virtual Adult Partners OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virtual Adult Partners and its operators from and against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the operator's primary place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where you have an account, sent by email. Your continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
